Christmas Outreach

This year, we'll be bringing the Gospel, gifts, food, and fun to two group homes in Mexico and the local community of the Discipleship Center, Esperanza for Sons and Daughters. We'll be gathering all gift boxes and items for each kid and group home, sorting and praying over them on Packing Day, and personally delivering these gifts and items to group homes and community kids with our local church partners in San Diego. We hope to pack 200 boxes for these kids.

We're trying to raise a total of $10,000 for our year-end Christmas Outreach activities and to jump start our ministry in the new year. This covers all of the expenses for gift box collection and distribution and the day trips down to Tijuana for delivers. Please prayerfully consider donating to support our ministry!

Phases

  • 1. Collection

    We hope to pack 200 boxes. We have eight different categories:

    Girls: 2-5 years old, 6-9 years old, 10-13 years old, 14+ years old

    Boys: 2-5 years old, 6-9 years old, 10-13 years old, 14+ years old.

    We recommend packing these into small plastic containers that the kids can reuse the containers. Gift box packing ideas can be found here. Register for gift boxes on Eventbrite.

  • 2. Packing Day

    Saturday, November 14
    2PM - 4PM
    Location TBC

    Help us inspect, organize, sort, and pray over all the gift boxes before we transport them down to Tijuana. Come hear updates from Pastors Rolando and Rubi from Parousia Open Bible Church and Esperanza for Sons and Daughters.

  • 3. Delivery Day Trips

    Come with us to Tijuana for a day trip to deliver these gift boxes and run crafts and activities with the kids to share God's love.
